Dominating The WoW Auction House
This is something that works wonders on low level items, especially trade skill items required to level professions. The basic idea is that you find an item that you can afford to buyout all of the auctions and then resell for a profit. The screenshots below show you how the AH looked before and after I executed the strategy on the Strange Dust niche. Obviously I sold everything in a couple of days even after marking up the price by more than 350%!
Resetting Prices

Obviously not every item in the AH is eligible for this kind of strategy. The ideal candidates are the items that satisfy the following two requirements:
- The item should be cheap and low level – this is because you don’t want to play around with higher level items that usually have massive competition and are constantly under the spotlight. If, for example, you tried to buyout all the [Infinte Dust] I can guarantee
that in a matter of minutes you would be undercut by at least a dozen sellers. - The item should be not too abundant in the Auction House - The golden rule is that you don’t want to invest too much in any given item. Buying out too many items would make it harder to resell and you may end up with bags full for too long.
The right items vary from server to server, so you will have to browse around to find what works on your realm. I suggest you start by looking at low level reagents for professions like, for example, metals (bars and ores) enchanting dusts (stay away from low level essences and shards) and herbs.
Also, I suggest you buyout all the items BEFORE the weekend starts, as Saturday and Sunday are the busiest days on all servers.

i would say being as leet as you are, and knowiing how to play the auction house moderately i would say about 63,127g. I just wanted to try your 1kg/4hr and i can say it works awesomely. its amazing that you are able to do that with a lvl 5 tho i can say i wouldnt have ever been able to do so without being a druid lvl 10 ( you might know what im talking about but most people dont, i dont mind helping poeple with that or you Joana. thanks for your wonderful guide.
The pages from your gold-making guide that are downloadable as reading material works fine. – Haven’t read all yet, but what I have read is genuine info. (I already know the things I read, but I’ve no doubt that many will get some good basics in earning gold!).
– But I’m having trouble with the videos. The picture is mixed up so you can’t see what was recorded, and the verbal part is veeeerrryy slooooww and “shaky” like a radio having a lot of interference. So sadly I hadf to give up on watching the videos at this point. …I’ll check again later, but it’s been this way for hours.
In case I don’t succeed, I’ll wish you good luck with your guide, and good luck to everybody with using the new guide! (^L^,. Jean.
There must be something seriously wrong with your computer or internet connection. It works fine for me
I was calling that capturing AH when i first thought of capturing it

Haha, actually I was thinking about outbuying when WoW was still young… before BC and WotLK.
Unfortunately I never had enough money to start with and was afraid of the risk that ppl would undercut me. I’m excited to see that it actually works and people do it.
Anyway, great guide
What’s your realm actualy?
